CAR REQUEST FLOW STEP

We search through over 500,000 used cars across Japan
to find the right vehicle for you.

STEP.1

First, create an account on this site.
*If you already have an account, this is not necessary.

STEP.2

Once you have selected a vehicle, request a quote.

STEP.3

You will receive a quote from us by email.

STEP.4

If you agree (OK) with the C&F price, please request a Proforma Invoice from our store.
*For vehicles, payment is generally made by bank transfer. If you use PayPal, an additional 4% exchange fee will be charged.

STEP.5

Sign the Proforma Invoice and return it by email. Make payment by the due date to the bank account listed on the Proforma Invoice.
Please check the consignee. If the purchaser and the consignee are different, please provide the consignee's details (Name, address, phone number and email address).
After payment, please send a TT copy(Copy of bank receipt) by email or WhatsApp.
*Consignee : The party shown on the bill of lading or air waybill to whom the shipment is consigned. Need not always be the buyer, and in some countries will be the buyer's bank.
If the total amount is less than $6,000, you can pay with PayPal, but there will be an additional 4.5% handling fee. In that case, please let us know that you would like to pay with PayPal. You will receive a payment link via email.

STEP.6

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will request our customs broker to book the vehicle onto the ship and begin the export procedures.

STEP.7

We will inform you of the shipping schedule and notify you of the shipping and arrival dates.
*ETD (departure), and ETA (arrival). The shipping notice ( name of vessel / schedule ) are changed sometimes due to some reason that delay of ship.

STEP.8

Once the vessel departs, we will receive the BL from the shipping company. We will send you a copy of the BL. The shipping company will send the BL documents to us 10 to 12 days after the vessel departs.

STEP.9

We will send you the necessary documents, including the BL, by airmail. We will inform you of the tracking number. The enclosed documents are as follows:
Tracking number and link will be notified to you immediately.( Enclosed document : First and third B/L’s, Invoice, De-registration certificate and certificate of inspection . We will keep the second B/L in our hand for just in case. )

STEP.10

To complete the import process, you need a customs clearing agent with all the necessary documents to organize your import. Once the customs clearing agent has all the documents, they will take them to the shipping company so you can collect your vehicle.

PARTS REQUEST FLOW STEP

The compatibility of used car parts in Japan is extremely complex,
depending on the year, model, grade, etc.
Even if parts look the same, there are many cases where they don’t fit.
We check the chassis number and vehicle information and
select only compatible parts, reducing the risk of parts not fitting.

We will send you an estimated case size and a quote by email.

STEP.6

Once we confirm your payment, we will procure the parts, pack them, and prepare for shipping, and then notify you of the shipping schedule.
Once shipped, we will inform you of the shipping company/tracking number, expected arrival date, etc.

Consolidated pallet transport by container ship:

If we determine that mixed pallet transport is appropriate, we will provide you with a quote and other suggestions.

*If the volume or weight of the product is over 1m3 or 1t, or if the product is a dangerous product that requires special wooden crate packaging, such as an engine or transmission, it will be transported in a mixed container on a pallet.
