STEP.1 Account Registration

First, create an account on this site.

STEP.2 Request Quote

Once you have selected a vehicle, request a quote.

STEP.3 Receive Quote

You will receive a quote from us by email.

STEP.4 Request Invoice

If you agree (OK) with the C&F price, please request a Proforma Invoice from our store.

STEP.5 Payment & Consignee

・Sign and return the Proforma Invoice, then pay by the due date If consignee differs from purchaser, provide their details
・Send TT copy (bank receipt) via email or WhatsApp after payment

For orders under $6,000, PayPal is available with a 4.5% handling fee. Please request PayPal payment to receive a payment link by email.

STEP.6 Export Procedures

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will request our customs broker to book the vehicle onto the ship and begin the export procedures.

STEP.7 Shipping Schedule

We will inform you of the shipping schedule 　and notify you of the shipping and arrival dates.

STEP.8 BL Copy

After Vessel Departure, BL copy will be sent to you once received from the shipping company (10–12 days after departure)

STEP.9 Document Delivery

・Documents including the BL will be sent by airmail.
・Tracking number and shipping link will be provided.
・Enclosed: B/Ls, Invoice, De-registration & Inspection Certificates.

STEP.10 Customs Clearance

・A customs clearing agent is required for the import process.
・Submit all necessary documents to the agent.
・The agent will arrange customs clearance and vehicle collection.

PARTS REQUEST FLOW STEP

We provide carefully selected, high-quality vehicles.

The compatibility of used car parts in Japan is extremely complex,
depending on the year, model, grade, etc.
Even if parts look the same, there are many cases where they don’t fit.
We check the chassis number and vehicle information and
select only compatible parts, reducing the risk of parts not fitting.
